At Operation Teamwork, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with facial deformities in regions around the world where access to this advanced field of regenerative medicine is limited. Our mission is to empower surgeons and surgical teams in host countries by teaching them this advanced regenerative medicine method of treatment, allowing them to transform lives long after we’ve left. By "lending hands" through training, surgery, and community support, we create sustainable change that impacts not 
just individual patients, but entire healthcare systems. Our work allows children to grow up without feeling different, giving them the chance to fully engage with their peers, excel in school, and live a life free from unnecessary emotional burdens, rather than being hidden and sidelined.
