By focusing on these core efforts and aligning resources accordingly, we aim to maximize placements, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate mission-driven outcomes
2. 2.We are expanding our network of employer and nonprofit partners to increase candidate placements across core populations. This includes scaling outreach, deepening community collaborations, and developing regional models that can be replicated for national impact
3. 3.To sustain long-term impact, we are investing in organizational infrastructure—improving our CRM, refining data systems, and building a strong communications engine—to track outcomes, strengthen reporting, and support donor and partner engagement.
