Goals

1. 1.Goal: Leverage U.S.-based fundraising and visibility to both expand direct support for adolescent mothers in Chile , Latin America and USA and position Soymás as a regional voice at the intersection of adolescence, motherhood, education, and gender equity.
2. 2.Goal: Build a sustainable, diversified funding base to support future regional expansion in USA and Latin America. Objective: Raise $500,000+ annually by 2027 from a mix of DAFs, grants, individuals, and CSR, with at least 80% coming from outside the Chilean diaspora. Why it matters: This allows Soymás Foundation to move from single-country support to regional impact with credibility & resilience.
3. 3.Goal: Strengthen U.S. nonprofit infrastructure with best-practice governance, finance, and reporting standards. Objective: Maintain 100% compliance with IRS and state regulations, implement internal financial controls, publish audited summaries, and sustain Platinum Seal status. Why it matters: It builds donor trust, opens grant access, and protects your long-term reputation.
