We envision a future where clean drinking water is sustained by empowered communities, local leadership, and shared responsibility.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen W.A.T.A.’s organizational infrastructure to support sustainable growth. Current priorities include securing stable funding, improving operational systems, expanding ambassador training resources, strengthening program tracking and follow-up processes, and developing tools that allow local partners to independently maintain and manage long-term clean water access.
2. 2.Strengthen the effectiveness and longevity of W.A.T.A.’s core clean water programs. This includes expanding ambassador training, improving community follow-up systems, documenting program practices, and ensuring each project is fully supported and locally sustained before expanding into new regions or launching additional initiatives.
3. 3.Expand access to clean drinking water through trusted partnerships and a scalable ambassador model. Growth occurs in response to community need and partner readiness while ensuring W.A.T.A. has the systems, training resources, and financial support required to sustain programs and local leadership long after initial implementation.
