SALT ED INC

Mission

Our mission is to empower youth to become confident, socially responsible leaders. Through experiential learning, creative storytelling, and community collaboration, we help young people develop emotional intelligence, strengthen problem-solving skills, and create meaningful change in their schools and communities.

Vision

A generation of creative, socially responsible leaders shaping stronger communities.

Goals

1.Develop new creative media and leadership programs like Reel Funny to address rising youth mental health needs, promote resilience, and give young people tools to express themselves and connect with peers.
2.Expand access to SALT12 youth leadership and mentoring initiatives by partnering with schools and community groups, and by using digital platforms to scale impact and reach more diverse youth. We aim to grow from current sites in CA, FL, and MA toward nationwide expansion.
3.Strengthen SALT ED’s organizational capacity by investing in staff development, digital infrastructure, fundraising, and evaluation systems to sustain and grow programs for long-term community impact.
