Mission

Youth Business Academy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young people—especially low-income and underserved youth—by providing access to high-quality business education, entrepreneurial training, and real-world career development opportunities. We believe every child, regardless of their financial circumstances, deserves the chance to explore their potential, discover their strengths, and build the confidence needed to create a successful future. Through hands-on entrepreneurship workshops, after-school programs, community events, and our Children’s Business Fairs, we teach essential skills such as financial literacy, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and innovation. Our mission is to close the opportunity gap by giving young people the tools and mentorship they need to turn their ideas into action. By connecting students with supportive educators, local businesses, and community partners, we help cultivate the next generation of leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs.
