What is your organization aiming to accomplish?
The Organization has set forth a plan to engage more "Mission of Hope" giving partners which will allow the Foundation to become more sustainable for the long-term outside of event fundraising.
What are your strategies for making this happen?
The strategies to accomplish our goals are as follows: 1. We have joined several Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Networking groups. 2. Engage current "Mission of Hope" giving partners to introduce us to new contacts. 3. Community outreach.
What are your organization's capabilities for doing this?
We believe in the strategies set forth above and believe we will accomplish our goals. We have two employees in house and a volunteer Board of Directors.
How will your organization know if you are making progress?
Increased "Mission of Hope" giving partners and decreased reliance on event fundraising.
What have and haven't you accomplished so far?
In 2019, we have added 5 new "Mission of Hope" giving partners as of March 21, 2019.
