Our organization hired multiple consulting groups to instruct and train existing leadership in new tools to overhaul our CRM and database management, and overall client relations and marketing strategy. We also invested in a new office space in the Washington, DC area to further our leadership's ability to enact a new program providing Transcendental Meditation to members and staff of US Congress, following the attack on the US Capitol in January, 2021.

Our organization works with lobbying consultants to reach our desired lawmaking contacts at the US Congress, to build and support new relief initiatives in the wake of the attack on the US Capitol, and to further our mission to incorporate Transcendental Meditation as a clinical health intervention covered nationally by health insurance. We have enacted strategic partnerships with non-profit and private sector marketing organizations to expand awareness of our work. We have multiple research studies enacted with the goal of publishing research in advocacy of our service.

Our organization provides instruction in Transcendental Meditation (TM), which is required to be taught in-person upon first instruction. With the in-person restrictions put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to completely adapt the way we serve our clients. We participated in production of an app to potentially allow remote instruction of the TM technique. We began offering a virtual group meditation to support existing meditators, available every hour, seven days a week, via Zoom. Our existing TM teachers were retrained to provide instructions to a new demographic of clientele - healthcare workers dealing with the crushing trauma of the pandemic.
