Junior Achievement of Arizona (JA) exists to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. Since 1957, JA has been teaching students from kindergarten through high school how to:

- Manage their money
- Be ready to enter the workforce
- Think like an entrepreneur

This critical education is delivered by nearly 9,000 volunteer mentors from the local and business community, helping students connect the dots between what they learn in the classroom to the real world.
