It is the driving force behind our campaigns, funding strategy, and vision for the future. The state of men's health is in a crisis. ? By 2030 we aim to: o Reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%. o Reduce the rate of male suicides by 25%. o Halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer. o Halve the number of men dying from testicular cancer. o Halve the number of men experiencing serious mental and physical side effects from treatment for prostate cancer or testicular cancer.

The Movember Foundation's annual independent research survey confirms that the Awareness and Education program is achieving its goal of increasing the understanding of the health risks men face and empowering them to act on that knowledge. As a result of the Movember Foundation Awareness and Education program: • 87% are aware of the health issues they face • 71% had seen or were intending to see a medical professional to get their key personal numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol, waistline, weight) • 70% told someone they should take action to improve their health • 51% of the people that were spoken to about improving their health, took action to improve their health Details of all of the programs that we fund globally can be found at https://us. movember. com/report-cards.

At the Movember Foundation (Movember) we measure our progress at a number of levels, the simplest of which is the measurement of our annual campaign. Our campaign is measured by the number of participants and level of funds raised, as well as through extensive research that measures the health related actions taken by participants. While there is much work to be done, together we are changing the face of men's health, one project at a time. No borders, no boundaries. Every program funded by Movember has a program report card that measures incremental and longer-term progress towards intended outcomes.

We're set apart by our unique role as a global connector and the global community we have built and continue to grow. We bring leading experts together from around the world to collaborate on solutions that will fundamentally change the way men are treated and supported. By looking at health through a gendered lens and focusing our efforts in three priority areas we ensure that each program we fund is a step towards our vision for the future. Since 2003, we've had over 5 million participants, raising more than 837M USD funding 1,200 programs in 20 countries. But there is still much work to be done. We're creating innovative solutions, using new ideas and new technology to solve long-standing problems. We cannot achieve our goals without building a movement with partners at all levels of government, research and civil society. This has to happen globally, with results shared across borders to extend our reach.
