The Foundation is the only national funder whose sole purpose is to support physical therapy research and fund emerging investigators in the field. We do this work to continually build a cadre of investigators that can improve the quality and delivery of physical therapy - supporting scientifically based, clinically relevant research movement and health.
The Foundation is dedicated to the goal of improving the quality and delivery of patient care. Our funding promotes scientifically based and clinically relevant research related to the effectiveness of physical therapist practice.
