On December 22, 2017, it came to the attention of Charity Navigator that Honor America, is the subject of an investigation by The Brevard County Sheriff's Office Economic Crimes Task Force according to an article titled, "Liberty Bell museum in Melbourne no longer open; Honor America in limbo."
