Official Charity Response

The Cornucopia Institute's Charity Navigator rating went from a 4 to a 3 based on 990 financials records from 2018. The financial performance rating system used by Charity Navigator is, in part, premised on the expectation that program spending will increase each year. However, in 2018 we lost one of our full-time senior scientists whose time was 100% dedicated to programs.
