The Amador Community Foundation was founded in 1999 by a generous donation from Mrs. Helen Fallis. Simply put, the Amador Community Foundation improves the quality of life for the citizens of Amador County and their succeeding generations. How? We receive gifts from people who care, we invest these gifts forever, and we use the investment earnings to make grants each year to local charities. We aim to enhance the lives and future of the people in our unique community by connecting people who care deeply with causes that matter.
