Food Bank of Central New York has been helping to feed the hungry since 1985. We are the main food supplier to 300 emergency food programs - helping fill food pantries, soup kitchens and emergency shelters with food for distribution to the hungry. During our last fiscal year, the Food Bank distributed 20,401,802 pounds of food. This is enough to create 17,001,501 meals or 46,579 meals every day! Our service area includes the following 11 counties throughout central and northern New York: Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence.
