When we launched our Early Intervention (EI) Program, we began with a Dream Team that included parents whose children were enrolled in our Developmental Center Based on their recommendations, we piloted the first Early Intervention group Participants in EI completed weekly surveys, which guided us to adjust the format to address participant's needs and wants As the full EI program gained traction, we continued to collect frequent surveys and adjust to the needs of families We were able to add therapy intervention to the education-based format Moving forward, we are making plans to include more guided parent groups and evening classes to replace afternoon sessions, at the parent's requests Keeping our mission central keeps us focused and responsive to feedback
