Junior Blind of America was founded in 1953 as the Foundation for the Junior Blind, to provide recreational services for children who were blind or visually impaired. Today, Junior Blind has expanded, providing a wide range of services for infants, children, teens and adults who have vision loss and those who have physical, developmental and/or emotional challenges. Through unique programs that offer early intervention therapy, education, recreation and rehabilitation, our students learn the skills that will help them overcome challenges and reach their greatest potential. All services are offered free of charge to students.

Please note: Blind Babies Foundation and The Hatlen Center for the Blind are now programs of Junior Blind. We welcome your support of these and all of our programs.
