Fair Assessment

I previously wrote a review of the Aquarium which the folks here apparently found unfair or biased, it was never posted.
As someone with intimate knowledge of the Aquarium it seems I should be able to offer constructive feedback that does not simply glorify this institution. While the Aquarium does many things right, it has some serious flaws. For example, it does not adequately compensate all of it's employees in proportion to its' executives. Any close scrutiny of its' finances would also reveal untold millions misspent on consultants which deliver no tangible results as well as large, frivolous executive expenses which go unaccounted for. Horse and carriage rides in New York city for example, don't seem like necessary expenses to a non-profit ocean conservation organization. High paid executives who have 3-4 day work weeks also seems like an abuse of position that would not warrant a 4 star rating. I don't find this unfair criticism but legitimate points for consideration.
