ADF CEO pay
Posted by hunter1211 | October 30, 2009 2:56:32 PM
I was working on my donations for the month and decided to review the ratings on the charities I normally give to before sending any money. I was shocked to see the salary of Alan Sears over $300,000 now. It has been growing every year despite the poor economy. Does it really cost that much to live in Phoenix? I like the work of this charity, but I will probably drop them due to what appears to be excessive CEO pay.
Truth vs Spin - ADF Fights Abusers

Actually, the ADF works against those, such as the gays and lesbians, who are trying to force their agenda on religions that have a doctrine that are opposed to their agenda. That is the truth. The previous post is spin.
ADF abuses

Actually, the ADF works to ensure the "liberty" and "fundamental rights" ONLY for evangelical Christians—at the expense of others. Much of their legal advocacy work goes toward fighting against the liberty and constitutionally guaranteed rights of gays and lesbians. I believe in and have always supported freedom of religion, but those freedoms should not extend to denying others their rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Long term
Posted by Free in deed | November 5, 2009 8:36:13 AM
I have made donations to several charities over the years, some short term, others long term. A.D.F. fights for the rights of religious freedom and our constitutional rights to partake in those freedoms. I am very thankful A.D.F. takes a stand to protect and fight for our constitutional rights. We need organizations that are willing to stand up to those whose goal is to take those rights from us. God bless you A.D.F.!
