Mission
Established in 1973, International Disaster Emergency Service (IDES) brings glory to God by bringing help and hope to our hurting world. IDES provides many services to individuals all around the world, including evangelism; helping victims of man-made or natural disasters by providing for their immediate basic needs and assisting them in rebuilding their lives; helping victims of malnutrition caused by man-made or natural disasters; development projects which empower people to not become dependent on IDES or other organizations to provide for their basic needs; and helping to provide emergency medical treatment, medicine, medical equipment or supplies for temporary health clinics.
