Mission

Cancer Fund of America's mission differs greatly from many of the more than 200 U.S. charities that provide cancer-related services because its principle mission is to provide aid to the ill and needy rather than to conduct research. We seek to provide support and services to financially indigent patients; to disseminate information concerning the early detection and prevention of cancer; to provide commodities, and gifts-in-kind to hospices and other health care providers; and to procure and distribute donated merchandise to various non-profit community service organizations which aid the ill, needy and infants.
