Mission

In April 1993, East-West Ministries International was born out of the Lord's ministry behind the Iron Curtain through East-West's founders, John Maisel and Bud Toole. To glorify God and show our love for Jesus Christ, East-West Ministries International exists to help indigenous church leaders in strategic locations around the world fulfill the Great Commission by: evangelizing the lost, training church planters, pastors and other ministry leaders, planting new churches, and developing mature churches. Since 2002, East-West Ministries has introduced the Gospel to more than 9.2 million people, worked in 30 countries with unreached people groups, trained more than 96,000 nationals for Bible work and leadership, and opened more than 2,000 churches.
