Mission

Established in 1965, Roundabout Theatre Company is committed to teaming great theatrical works with the industry's finest artists to re-energize classic plays and musicals. Roundabout operates the American Airlines Theatre, Studio 54, and the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre/ Laura Pels Theatre. Each of these spaces fulfills a different aspect of our mission, and has given Roundabout's audiences, artists, and staff a place that we can all call home. Our productions reach over one million people annually. Through our educational initiatives, Roundabout Theatre Company strives to use theatre to enhance teacher practice and deepen student learning.
