JA (Junior Achievement) Worldwide fosters economic development throughout the world by providing young people with hands-on learning which creates connections between the classroom and the world of work. JA's K-12 programs in the areas of financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship teach students practical tools that position them for success, such as how to start and grow a business, how to effectively manage their money, and how to enter the workforce ready to contribute.
