Mission
Established in 1969 by Governor Tom McCall, SOLV (Stop Oregon Litter and Vandalism) is an organization that brings together government agencies, businesses and individual volunteers in programs and projects to enhance the livability of Oregon. Each year SOLV provides resources to communities throughout Oregon, focusing on cleanup, beautification and enhancement projects. SOLV creates an average of 50,000 volunteer opportunities across the state annually. Since 1997, SOLV has provided an estimated $60,000,000 in service to Oregon.
