Development Associates International (DAI) enhances the integrity and effectiveness of Christian leaders worldwide so that the church can fulfill its role in extending the Kingdom of God. DAI is a multinational organization providing education, mentoring, consulting, and connecting to Christian leaders worldwide. DAI's courses and ongoing involvement speak directly to the felt needs of leaders. After working with DAI, leaders in local churches and organizations often accomplish increased and improved ministry. Thus, the Church in poor, unreached, chaotic parts of the world becomes saltier salt and brighter light to those who need to taste it the most.
