Mission

Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Wisconsin chapter was founded in 1984 and nearly 3,500 families statewide can attest to the power of a wish. The chapter's Field Office, located in Appleton, opened in 1996 to better serve children and their families in northeastern Wisconsin. Last year, the chapter granted a record-breaking 276 wishes. Currently, nearly 200 Wisconsin children are in the process of having their special wishes granted.
