Mission
The Vanished Children's Alliance (VCA) was formed by Georgia K. Hilgeman, and other professionals and victims to address the growing need for victim parents to obtain credible, effective and compassionate assistance in the location and recovery of their missing or abducted child(ren). VCA is dedicated to protecting all children from disappearing. To ensure children's safety, VCA educates the public and professionals about the serious issue of abducted and runaway children. VCA works to prevent, locate, and recover child victims and reunite them with their families in collaboration with law enforcement, other credible service agencies, and communities at large. Since its inception, VCA has assisted in more than 30,000 cases of missing and abducted children; of these, more than 90% have been found.
