Mission

Mission Waco is an interdenominational Christian ministry committed both to the poor and the local church. Through a variety of relationship-based and holistic programs which empower the poor; mobilizing the local church; and addressing the social injustices which affect the marginalized, this ministry is impacting thousands of people in Waco and the world. As the ministry grows, community organizing and coalition building has become the primary strategy in the impoverished neighborhoods of the community. Residents of changing neighborhoods are re-neighboring through block parties, community empowerment meetings, leadership development, and coalition building.
