Mission
Youth Development Fund (YDF) is a general assistance fund for educational programs and services for children. YDF supports educational programs concerning drug abuse, health and fitness; presents festival events for children and the general public; produces and distributes Public Service Announcements regarding child-family relationships; and pursues all other related purposes allowed to non-profit corporations by the laws in the State of Tennessee. YDF has provided wishes for children with life threatening illness through its project entitled A Child's Dream. Those we help first are determined by the severity of the illness. Dreams we have funded include trips to Florida theme based parks, computers, shopping sprees, and partial payments for cars.
