Mission
Boy Scouts of America, Indian Waters Council Indian Waters Council, BSA provides scouting programs in the Midlands of South Carolina. The Council provides quality youth programs designed to strengthen character, develop good citizenship, and promote physical fitness. We offer programs for every boy and young man from age 6-20 and for every young woman from age 14-20. Camp Barstow is our summer camp program where scouts can enjoy summer along the banks of Lake Murray.
