Mission
The Disabled Veterans Associations works to improve the quality of life of our veterans and their families. Our programs include the Veterans Entrepreneurial Training Seminars (V.E.T.S.), which helps veterans looking to start their own small business; and Helping and Assisting Veterans in Emergency (H.A.V.E.), which assists veterans on a short-term, but beneficial basis. We provide veterans and their family members free, immediate, over-the-phone emergency response services, including crisis intervention, emotional support, community referrals, and educational information by trained volunteers.
