Mission
The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Oregon was the fifth chapter to form and started its roots here in 1983. Since then, the Oregon chapter has granted more than 1,600 wishes to children in Oregon and Clark County, Washington. The Oregon chapter serves children, ages 2 ½ through 17. With 163 wishes completed in 2007, we are excited for our goal of fulfilling more than 180 wishes in the coming year.
