Mission
Collin County Children's Advocacy Center (CCCAC) takes action to identify, protect, and improve the lives of abused and neglected children. CCCAC was created in 1992 when a dedicated group of child abuse providers and volunteers endeavored to find a more compassionate and effective way to bring services to Collin County children victimized by abuse. From its humble beginnings, the center has grown to become a nationally recognized strategic alliance. This strong public-private collaboration has significantly reduced the trauma associated with reporting child abuse while holding offenders accountable. To date, CCCAC has offered services to over 26,000 children and their non-offending family members.
