Mission

Since 1996, World Hope International (WHI) has been alleviating suffering and injustice around the world through education, enterprise and community health initiatives. Community Orphan Trusts, which equip and empower communities devastated by HIV/AIDS, Anti-Trafficking programs and Microfinance initiatives are just the beginning of our work. Hope for Children, the child sponsorship and education programs of WHI, has projects in 16 countries with nearly 3,500 children individually sponsored as well as thousands attending WHI-sponsored schools. Our microfinance programs serve nearly 70,000 clients and maintain an on-time repayment rate above 95%. WHI also supports rural development and community building, and actively sends volunteers overseas in an effort to provide sustainable assistance.
