Mission
Arizona Women's Education & Employment (AWEE) has been transforming the lives of Arizonans into economic success stories for nearly 30 years. Since our inception, we have helped create successful beginnings and renewed hope for more than 90,000 women, men and young adults. AWEE's success can be attributed to its unique, highly personalized approach to workforce development and the comprehensive array of services it brings to bear both directly and through community partnerships. Their unique approach includes: case management and support services; career services; client training workshops and educational guidance; and focus on special populations of ex-offenders, veterans, youth, mature workers, women returning to work and career transitions.
