Programs receive an Impact score of 100 if they provide a person-year of clean water at a cost of less than 75% of the estimated value of water access, and a score of 80 if they do so for less than 125% of the value. If a nonprofit reports impact but doesn't meet the benchmark for cost-effectiveness, it earns a score of 65.
