Connecticut Veterans Legal Center’s vision is for all Connecticut Veterans to thrive and contribute to their communities with a sense of self-worth and dignity.

Goals

1. 1.GOAL: Provide highest quality of legal services to low-income Veterans. PURPOSE: To ensure that CVLC maintains its high quality and standards of care while increasing its capacity to meet a growing need for legal representation, we seek to attract and retain the highest caliber attorneys and staff to serve our clients.
2. 2.GOAL: Enhance and maintain CVLC's position as a thought leader in Veterans' rights issues. PURPOSE: To support CVLC's ability to address the legal and policy structures that create systemic barriers for Veterans in Connecticut, we will research and advocate on Veterans' rights, and further extend the reach of CVLC's knowledge and experience by providing models for other programs nationwide.
3. 3.GOAL: Ensure financial stability of the organization through contributed and earned income, while maintaining alignment with organizational values ("responsible growth"). PURPOSE: To strengthen CVLC's financial position to ensure full implementation of the strategic plan.
