Our Nonprofit and workplace were not an exception to all of the pandemic and thus, unfortunately, funding status and our Nonprofit is running just on a skeleton. We requested financial support from various companies that had been long time supporters of the charity. Unfortunately, they had regretfully discontinued donations because they were also impacted with continuous phase of unprecedented impact of COVID-19. However, the situation remains in spite of all our manpower did not bring any difference. And thus, no considerable notice was taken.
How COVID-19 impacted the organization's delivery of programs:
As we all understand the halt in everyone’s life laid down by the unprecedented situation of Covid19. Almost two years has been passed in dealing with the COVID-19 and its reverberation, it has become strenuous to keep the normal schedule up. Due to the ravaging and unfavorable situation created by Coronavirus and lockdown implications, it has become very difficult for companies and corporate markets to maintain surplus with our banks or maintain the previous economic course since 2019.
How this organization adapted to changing conditions caused by COVID-19:
it certainly well set the time to reimagine who we are and what our organization could do and to make our organization better in the process. Reimagining our organization was very hard, especially during this crisis. our board of directors who are overwhelmed with day-to-day surprises, and urgent short-term demands, and a gnawing sense of uncertainty we often don’t feel able to take on another challenge. But the job was possible — and frequently necessary everyday.

Project Hope Generation Inc.’s mission is to partner with Foster Care Agencies and communities to develop the future of our youth. The core values of PHG Inc. are that we believe all children deserve an affordable safe place to live and we believe that it takes a whole village to raise a child. Project Generation Hope Inc. has developed a ground-breaking program: Rise Up Opportunities . Embraced by the community, its partners and its youth, we are fully committed to easing the transition for youth aged out of foster care and supporting their unique needs and challenges as they rise from the stereotypes and labels placed upon them and enter a new generation of hope for their future. Goals of the program: Unlike other foster care initiatives, Project Generation Hope Inc. offers a holistic strategy that addresses the needs of the students prior to emancipation and exit of the foster care system. The comprehensive program enlists the support of state and community-based partnered organizations with a focus on funding, easing the transition from foster care to independent tax payers.

Community mobilization is essentially in our organization for reaching out to different sectors of our communities in North Carolina and Georgia we have created partnerships in order to focus on, and ultimately address, their pressing issues, Our goal goal is to successfully mobilize and support our three community partner teams: the Core Partner Leadership Team comprised of “grass root” decision makers and gatekeepers at the local, county and state level who ensure financial, policy and resource support for our organization; the Community Action Team comprised of “grassroots” local community influencers – highly respected community members who provide support for culture change, and the Youth Leadership Team comprised of community youth who build participation in programs, promote use of our services, and offer support for culture change. Advocates for Youth build the capacity of Part A grantees to establish highly effective change agents develop strong leaders of the initiative.
