Vision

Our dream is to give every orphaned child the hope of survival and the chance to flourish. We aim to be first responders —providing urgent medical care, food, housing, or clean water—and to help children heal and grow through programs that address trauma and developmental delays. Our deepest desire is to see these children recover from malnutrition, gain an education, and prepare them to face the world with strength, confidence, and a bright future. We believe that every child can lead a fulfilling life with love, support, and opportunity.

Goals

1. 1.Empower caregivers across Guatemala, Central, and South America by equipping them with the skills and support necessary to help children from the most challenging backgrounds. We aim to grow our success at our Walker Center for Childhood Development in Guatemala by training caregivers and sharing our knowledge with leaders in other settings and countries.
2. 2.We aim to expand our transition program in Honduras, supporting hundreds of teens aging out of orphanages and helping them pursue college degrees and vocational training and build independent lives. We also aim to broaden the reach of our "Formation for Life" curriculum, equipping teens with the life skills needed to successfully navigate adulthood as they prepare to leave children’s homes.
3. 3.Support an initiative in Ukraine to eliminate institutional care for 100,000 orphaned children by supporting programs to keep birth families intact, encouraging parents to become foster families, and providing support for families.
