EXPAND ACCESS TO, AND THE APPRECIATION OF, DANCE. ENHANCE YOUTH ENGAGEMENT, CREATIVITY, CONFIDENCE, AND JOY THROUGH INCLUSIVE AND CULTURALLY-RESPONSIVE DANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMS. SHOWCASE A DANCE COMPANY PERFORMING WORKS THAT AMPLIFY DIVERSE CULTURES, PERSPECTIVES, AND IDENTITIES WHILE HIGHLIGHTING IMPORTANT SOCIAL ISSUES. IDENTIFY, DEVELOP, AND SUPPORT THE NEXT GENERATION OF DANCEMAKERS; AND EMPOWER COMMUNITIES THROUGH OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT.

Goals

1.Priority 1: Increase the number of students reached through our educational programming to 5,000 per year by 2027. (We have surpassed our goal and now reach 10,000/year. Plan will be updated shortly.)
2.Support our emerging artists in the creation and presentation of new work, with a goal of 2 new pieces per year
3.Build financial sustainability through revenue growth and diversification to increase support for both educational programming and the professional company.
