Vision

HSCV strives for a Vietnam where children can learn and thrive without fear, hunger or exploitation, where homes and communities across Vietnam have access to the resources, they need to chart safe and productive futures.

Goals

1. 1.HSCV's 2025 - 2027 strategy focuses on three core programs: youth, family and community. While each program targets specific groups, all initiatives are interconnected, with children at the center of HSCV's work. These three programs capitalise on HSCV's previous work while solidifying our expertise into three core programs that maximise our effectiveness in reaching underserved populations.
2. 2.Our 2025-2027 three-year strategic plan has been developed in line with planned bureaucratic changes to the Vietnamese governmental structure in 2025. These changes will bring larger constituent target groups. HSCV has integrated scaled-up access to our programs and services into our strategic plan. Target groups and local leadership were consulted in the development of this plan.
3. 3.HSCV’s 2025-2027 strategic plan emphasizes strengthening two critical areas: program development leadership and organizational communications. These priorities are essential for meeting the growing demands of HSCV’s programs, enhancing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.
