Career Connectors has set forth the culture of mission and goal orientation. Our executive staff have all participated the Kolbe team collaboration assessment and we have undergone a formal review of results and multiple sessions of understanding the results, each other and how we can strengthen our results together.

We partner with multiple external non-profits with complementary goals, city chambers of commerce, county and state government agencies to offer our unique services to bring together job seekers and employers in an effective and synergistic manner in order to maximize results for all parties.
The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year.
Recently we hosted a job faire for the Manufacturing market segment. Days before the in-person event several employers cancelled due to continued layoffs and cutbacks. We quickly shifted the event to on-line versus in-person which resulted in a much higher efficient use of everyone's time while still accomplishing the goal to bring job seekers and employers that were still hiring together. Nearly 80 job seekers and several local manufacturing employers came together.
