Vision

​​Our vision is that by empowering cohorts of women with health education and vocational training and by providing culturally relevant health information and care to the vibrant, indigenous communities we partner with, we can help people living in these communities to experience greater health and well-being.

Goals

1. 1.Train enough health workers so all communities in our reach desiring a CHW can have one. In order to achieve sustainable growth, establish a culture of formative evaluation for continuous improvement.
2. 2.Achieve meaningful shared governance with Peruvian leadership. By 2025, we want to see a predominantly Peruvian staff leading the organization with a highly sustainable staffing infrastructure.
3. 3.Grow annual income to $300K by 2025 with at least 60% funded by earned income.
