IT IS THE INTENT OF DCJLA TO ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY BY PROMOTION OF PUBLIC EXHIBITIONS OF LIVESTOCK AND MAINTENANCE OF PLACES WHERE THE YOUTH OF DAWSON COUNTY MAY PRACTICE AND OBSERVE AND BE INSTRUCTED IN AGRICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY.
