    THE MISSION OF THE CONFERENCE SHALL BE TO DEVELOP, PERPETUATE, AND ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL MISSIONS OF ITS MEMBER INSTITUTIONS THROUGH A REGIONAL ASSOCIATION OF DIVERSE, YET LIKE-MINDED COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES WITH A COMMON DEDICATION TO EXCELLENCE IN INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS.
