Connect all sectors of our city. Alleviate poverty in all its forms. Restore relationsips. Elevate our entire city. By Dec 31, 2030 we will ensure there isn't a single homeless child in Winter Haven.

Vision

End childhood homelessness in the city by 2030.

Goals

1.We focus our homelessness effort on children. Schools identified 511 homeless children Pre-K-12th grade. We intend to bring that number to functional zero by 2030.
2.We expanded our case management to one on one care, development classes, mental health counseling and focused financial literacy.
3.We have added a position for a care manager that is located at one of our local high schools that works with homeless students and their families
