At Seed, we envision a world where passionate individuals work together to solve environmental challenges. Millions of people care deeply about these issues but lack meaningful opportunities to take action. We are the bridge that solves this problem. We create high-impact opportunities for passionate professionals to support environmental organizations through challenging projects that not only benefit the planet but also foster their own professional and personal growth.

Goals

1. 1.We have committed to scaling the number of environmental nonprofits we can reach with our pro-bono services, and to increasing the impact of our recommendations to our clients and partners. We have committed to this because as the climate crisis grows more dire, we want to support as many organizations as possible who are leading on climate action and creating real change in our communities.
2. 2.We are committed to stabilizing our organization financially so we can deliver and expand on our programming without concern for how we will fund it. For this, we have brought on a Chief Development Officer to lead these efforts and diversify our funding streams, which will in turn, allow us to hire on additional staff to monitor and grow the organization.
3. 3.We are prioritizing our core service area of pro-bono consulting. By focusing on excellence in this area, we can create a greater impact for our clients and volunteers, and also grow our community, centered around this service offering.
