    The nonprofit has an opportunity to tell the story of how the organization adapted to tremendous external changes in the last year
    When our founder and executive director went on medical leave -our board stepped up and helped manage many of the administrative functions. We hired an Interim Exec to help us through this transition and steward us through work on our strategic plan. Our Interim Exec has helped us create more efficient administrative processes. We have also just hired our first Director of Development who will focus on finding new donors to support our work.
