2. 2.Launch a digital intake and reentry support platform by 2025 to streamline access to housing, ID recovery, case management, and employment for individuals lacking digital literacy or stable communication channels.
3. 3.Secure diverse funding streams, expand staff training, and implement smart technology across all sites by 2026 to boost organizational efficiency, data tracking, and long-term sustainability.
